Help Desk and End-User Technical Support

 Success Stories

SID offers onsite three-tier help desk support to the DOL, which includes:

bullet

Maintaining PCs, printers, printer servers, portable workstations, laptops, video telecommuting, and other IT equipment. 

bullet

Deployment of HEAT infrastructure to provide Tier I, II, and III help desk support for 5000 employees across the enterprise that consisted of seven offices throughout the United States. 

bullet

We also employ HEAT to log and track help calls at the DOL to analyze trends in the network and create a database of user solutions. 

We provide similar services at NOAA and USGS using HEAT infrastructure. We supported Lockheed Martin Help Desk using Remedy infrastructure.
