Office of Labor Management Standards (OLMS): We provide full lifecycle software development for legacy database applications and have developed new Web-based applications to replace legacy functionality. Office of Workers Compensation Program (OWCP Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC): Our technical services include both operational support and software application development. Operational support services include adhoc reporting and regular statistical reporting on claims processing. It also includes legacy database application support, help desk services, and web content management support. Software application development includes data warehousing and business intelligence reporting as well as software enhancements to legacy based systems.
Employment Standards Administration (ESA), Mission Critical Application Support System (MCASS): We provide 24x7x365 support for hardware, software applications, operating systems, database administration and system connectivity. We conduct capacity planning, performance management, change management, systems backup, and upgrade release management.
Division of Information Technology and Management Services (DITMS): We perform full Project Management Office support including portfolio management, earned value management, dashboard reporting, risk assessment, and impact analysis, for both software application and infrastructure projects. Our PMI certified Project Management Professionals manage a range of enterprise deployment, data center, and infrastructure projects from the initiation phase through the planning and execution phases.
