Department of Labor (DOL)                                       SID supports DOL by analyzing, implementing, evaluating, documenting, integrating, and supporting the DOL LAN and WAN which consists of Microsoft Windows 200x and UNIX based servers and utilizes TCP/IP based networking infrastructure.  We support network servers, hubs, switches, and routers and are supporting UNIX, Windows NT/200x Servers and backing up their data to tapes.  We document and maintain network configuration including DNS, DHCP, and WINS servers; design, implement, and monitor the firewall; and assist in the adoption of new technology into current architecture 

National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)                                                                         We analyze, implement, evaluate, document, integrate, and support the NOAA LAN and WAN which consists of Microsoft Windows 200x and utilizes TCP/IP based networking infrastructure.  We support network servers, hubs, switches, and routers.  We are supporting Windows 200x Servers and backing up their data to tapes.  We document and maintain network configuration including DNS, DHCP, and WINS servers; monitor the firewall; and assist in the adoption of new technology into current architecture

United States Geological Survey (USGS)                   We implement, document, integrate and support the USGS LAN which consists of Microsoft Windows 200x and UNIX based servers and utilizes TCP/IP based networking infrastructure.  We support Windows 200x, UNIX, and Linux Servers and back up their data to tapes and assist in the adoption of new technology into current architecture

Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO)                    SID supported LMCO by consolidating, analyzing, implementing, evaluating, documenting, integrating, and supporting the LMCO LAN and WAN which consists of Microsoft Windows 200x and UNIX based servers and utilized TCP/IP based networking infrastructure.  We supported network servers, hubs, switches, and routers and were supporting Windows 200x Servers and backing up their data.  We documented and maintained network configuration including DNS, DHCP, and WINS servers; designed, implemented, and monitored the firewall; and assisted in the adoption of new technology into current architecture.  We also implemented network management capability to manage the complete network using Tivoli infrastructure.  We also designed an infrastructure to deploy software based on the pre-defined policies
