NOAA NMITS

NMITS is a small business contracting vehicle established under the NOAALink Program to provide a full scope of IT capabilities and services for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration missions. NMITS aids in procuring IT support, cloud computing, data and voice network services, cybersecurity, enterprise services, and application administration.

GSA MAS

GSA has established the portfolio of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) to provide agencies with access to a wide range of product services with “most favored customer” pricing. ProTech Weather is the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration’s primary contract vehicle for acquiring professional, scientific, and technical services. ProTech Weather provides the National Weather Service with the means to acquire services for weather data collection and weather modeling to protect life and property and enhance the economy.

eFAST is FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.

NOAALink is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s primary small business contracting vehicle. NOAALink is designed to establish enterprise-wide solutions, standardize common IT products and services, and leverage purchasing power. In doing so, NOAALink strives to recognize the most significant cost advantages possible.

GSA STARS III

The Best-in-Class 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC expands capabilities for emerging technologies, supports both outside of the continental United States (OCONUS) and CONUS requirements, features limited protestability up to $10M, and offers expert guidance from the GSA team, including free scope review services and market research.

Systems Integration & Development, Inc. was awarded a prime contract on the STARS III vehicle through 1st SBC Solutions, LLC – our SBA 8(a) certified and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) IT Joint Venture small business with Bridgecross, LLC.

Navy SeaPort-NxG

Navy SeaPort-NxG (Subcontractor)

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas (e.g., Engineering, Financial Management, Program Management). Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-NxG multiple-award contract holders. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means to contract for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Army ITES-3S

Army ITES-3S (Subcontractor)

IT Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITSS-3S) is the Army’s vehicle to satisfy its support of Army Enterprise infostructure and infrastructure goals with IT services throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzone areas. Managed by the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software & Solutions (CHESS) office in coordination with the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), this $12B IDIQ includes Command, Control Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements. Additionally, ITES-3S includes services and solutions necessary for the Army and other services to transition from current service-centric information environments to the enterprise Joint Information Environment as directed by the DoD CIO.
